Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for weekend support systems.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, concise documentation for stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (e.g., Friday - Sunday, or Saturday - Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
