Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Design and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams (developers, engineers) and non-technical business units.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize data trends and project status.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools (JIRA, Confluence) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.
