- Manage and coordinate the daily calendar and scheduling of executive leadership.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and business correspondence.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for company records.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and meeting agendas.
- Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or corporate support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
