Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute corporate communications, including memos, newsletters, and reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Support the finance department with basic invoice processing and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
