Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring a professional and prompt response.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing agendas.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate corporate records and databases.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors at the corporate office.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or corporate support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
