Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the daily operations of the corporate office, ensuring a productive and organized environment.
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or corporate support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in the Atlanta, GA office location.
