Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
- Manage and coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and conference call logistics.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain and update office inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all administrative requirements are met.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or corporate support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
