Responsibilities
- Administrative Oversight: Manage and oversee daily administrative workflows, ensuring all weekend reports and documentation are processed accurately and on time.
- Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend staff, conducting briefings and providing guidance on operational procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly summaries for the management team to ensure business continuity.
- Customer Relations: Handle incoming inquiries and customer service tickets during the weekend shift with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- System Management: Update and maintain digital records, databases, and filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine checks of the office environment to ensure safety, security, and proper functioning of office equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or corporate operations role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
