Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using Visio and Lucidchart
- Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics to track business outcomes
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements translate into effective solutions
- Present findings and recommendations through clear visual reports and presentations
- Assist in testing and validating new systems/processes post-implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with basic SQL queries and data visualization tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
