Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Business Analyst liaison
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or data analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
