Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze data trends and generate insights to support strategic decision-making
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Assist in developing test plans and validating system solutions against business needs
- Support project teams by tracking KPIs and reporting on performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of business analysis, data analysis, or project coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
