Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems and processes
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate key performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
