Responsibilities
- Gather & Analyze Requirements: Work with clients and internal teams to identify business needs and document detailed functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to support decision-making.
- Documentation: Create clear process maps, user stories, and system specifications using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure mutual understanding.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
