Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our consultants. You will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data to support decision-making, and creating clear reports for stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a solid foundation in data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders and departments.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation including flowcharts, process maps, and business requirements documents (BRD).
- Support the business analysis team in preparing for client meetings and project kick-offs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and other data visualization tools to track KPIs.
- Communicate findings to non-technical audiences in a way that is easy to understand.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Experience: No prior professional experience is required. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to break down complex problems and logical reasoning skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
