Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive Technology Vision for 2026, aligning it with the company's long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to forecast industry trends and potential disruptions.
- Lead the creation of a multi-year technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that offer the highest return on investment and strategic value.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing workflows.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for R&D and infrastructure upgrades.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technological adoption and digital transformation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
