Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement
- Manage vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum computing)
- Strong financial modeling for tech investment decisions
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals/conferences
