Responsibilities
- Define the 2026+ Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for long-term technological initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Emerging Tech Research: Conduct in-depth research and prototyping of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) to identify viable use cases.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to communicate complex technical concepts and secure buy-in for high-impact innovation projects.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or technology partnerships that align with our future vision.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Recruit and mentor a team of elite futurists and technical architects to drive our vision forward.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management with a proven track record of defining long-term visions (5-10 year horizon).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, and Data Science.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Academic Background: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into scalable strategic solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
