Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of emerging technologies—including AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Web3—and the business acumen to deploy them effectively. You will work closely with C-Suite executives and product teams to ensure we are not just participants in the future, but its architects.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive long-term technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Roadmap Execution: Create and manage the 2026 product and technology roadmap, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in from leadership.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to assess viability and scalability.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a forward-thinking culture within the engineering and product teams that encourages experimentation and risk-taking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term strategies that have resulted in significant business growth.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
