Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities during night shift hours
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and user stories

- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with remote international teams across time zones

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with night shift or rotational schedule

- Strong knowledge of financial services or government contracting industries
