Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for financial services clients
- Create detailed requirement documents and process flow diagrams for system implementationsFacilitate stakeholder workshops across global time zones during night shift hours
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in ETL pipelines
- Document business rules and user acceptance testing protocols
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
