Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to drive data-informed strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and system requirements
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to track business outcomes and ROI
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings to executive stakeholders
- Support system implementation and provide post-deployment analysis
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work background
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
