Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and validate business needs
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational performance metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder interviews
- Support system implementation and change management for new analytics tools
- Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Ensure data integrity across systems during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, or wireframes
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
