Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Operations Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years managing technical teams in 24/7 environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure and monitoring tools

- Proven experience with incident management platforms (e.g., PagerDuty)
