- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage $2M+ budgets and resource allocation for critical initiatives
- Generate executive dashboards and progress reports for C-suite
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience with night shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies for complex tech projects
- Proven track record in budget management over $1M
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business or equivalent
