Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure domains
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project efficiency
- Lead retrospectives and process optimization sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with night shift or remote teams
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional risk management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries highly desirable
