Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and presentation setup.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive administrative or corporate support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
