- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Implement process improvements using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Conduct post-project reviews and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with remote team coordination and virtual tools
