Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define KPIs and success metrics
- Design data models and process flows using Visio and Lucidchart
- Validate solutions through UAT and regression testing protocols
- Develop executive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau
- Document requirements in Confluence with clear acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analysis with SaaS or fintech experience
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Advanced SQL proficiency and data modeling skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Strong background in API integration and microservices
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERPs
