Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive business needs
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process maps, data models, and documentation for system enhancements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create and maintain performance dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven success in financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and process optimization
