Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions
- Document business requirements using UML, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Facilitate solution validation and user acceptance testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience with requirement management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement projects
