Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive insights
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation for system improvements
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed business cases and ROI projections for proposed solutions
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Proven track record with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and agile frameworks
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
