Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and documentation using Lucidchart and Confluence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless feature implementation
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile certification (PMI-ACP)
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements for enterprise systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with API integration and microservices architecture
