Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, QA) to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
- Design and document detailed business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and flowcharts.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and driving projects to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
