- Present findings to stakeholders through interactive dashboards and executive reports
- Manage Jira tickets and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and MS Office Suite
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Financial services or fintech industry experience preferred
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM CST) required
