Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities for weekend operations
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business needs
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to align project objectives
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure

- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
