Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of complex tech projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, government officials, and technical teams
- Resource allocation and budget management for $1M+ portfolios
- Risk mitigation and compliance adherence for federal contracts
- Process optimization using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Mentorship of junior project managers and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years PM experience in government-contracting or regulated industries
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in SDLC and ITIL frameworks
- Proven track record with federal procurement processes (FAR, DFARS)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Atlassian suite
- BS/BA in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Top-secret clearance eligibility or current clearance
