Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation for 8-12 concurrent initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communications between technical teams and C-level executives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Mentor junior project managers and optimize team productivity through JIRA/Confluence
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery metrics
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech implementations
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of managing budgets over $500K
- Expertise in Atlassian suite and MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
