Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers and designers
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira and Asana
- Stakeholder communication with C-level executives and clients
- Risk mitigation and budget control for $500k+ projects
- Implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in tech project management
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in SaaS product development lifecycle
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience with remote team leadership
- Proficiency in MS Project and Confluence
- Proven budget management for enterprise projects
