The Opportunity:

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from inception to delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams.
- Monitor project progress, report metrics to leadership, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Mentor junior project managers and ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first culture in San Francisco.
