Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with product and engineering leads
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-15 members across time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models
- Track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project while maintaining 95%+ on-time delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and weekly syncs
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to drive continuous improvement in PMO processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in SaaS or tech
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing $5M+ enterprise software projects
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies for distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional leadership experience with matrix organizations
