- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and roadblocks to executive stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the technology or software industry.
- Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
