Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for federal and enterprise clients using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (NIST, FISMA)
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with federal government contracts
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level experience
- Strong background in SDLC, risk management, and budget forecasting
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in regulated environments
