Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Execute stakeholder communication frameworks ensuring executive alignment
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Own project budgets exceeding $2M while maintaining 95%+ on-time delivery
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/IT sector
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
- Proven experience managing remote and hybrid teams
- Expertise in waterfall and hybrid Agile methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite levels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
