Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments and system integrations
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative delivery and quality assurance
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget compliance
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status reports and executive briefings
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects with teams of 10+
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure/GCP) highly desirable
