Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring strict alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively managing resources and allocating time effectively.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and diverse team members.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes and minimal downtime.
- Drive process improvements and implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct regular status meetings and sprint reviews to keep all parties informed and engaged.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and their practical application.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences and negotiate conflicts.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
