Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end project lifecycle management for weekend deployment schedules
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams for synchronized weekend releases
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize weekend sprint cycles
- Monitor KPIs and report on weekend project performance to stakeholders
- Develop contingency plans for weekend operational risks
- Mentor junior PMs on weekend shift protocols and escalation procedures
- Facilitate weekend retrospectives for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with weekend shift experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Proven success managing tech projects in regulated industries
- Strong conflict resolution skills for weekend stakeholder alignment
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC and DevOps practices
