Responsibilities
- Lead weekend project sprints for enterprise software development initiatives
- Coordinate resources across 5+ cross-functional teams (DevOps, UX, QA)
- Execute risk mitigation strategies and ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives using Jira/Confluence
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Drive process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies
- Maintain project budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech sector
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall hybrid models
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Jira
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with weekend shift operations preferred
