Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering clear, concise updates.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them before they impact project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project team members, foster a collaborative environment, and drive high performance through clear communication and agile methodologies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements before client sign-off.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or consulting sector.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is highly desired.
- Methodologies: Proven experience using Agile and Scrum frameworks for project delivery.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Nashville, TN, or hybrid.
