Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel for weekend reporting cycles
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Perform data validation and quality assurance for weekend reporting deliverables
- Document business rules and process improvements for implementation teams
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise visualizations and summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and Excel
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience preferred
