Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate corporate databases and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and internal correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone and email.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements for management.
- Perform general office duties including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Support the sales and operations teams with daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or corporate data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
